Procedure..
-clean the fish, remove head, fins, tail and inards
-cut the fish, rondelle (fillet then cut in half if GG gamiton)
-mince red onions, ginger and siling labuyo
-slice tomato
-mix suka mixture, 1/2 kakang gata and 1/2 suka
-slice kalamansi in half
-ihalo ra na tanan
-season with vetsin gamay and asin
-lami lagi..
