for me: Best so far kay si Mayor Tomas O. (we don't know yet basin naa pay mo labaw nya)..
thumbs up ko niya..why? because katong cya pay Mayor.. ang mga vigilantes active kaau ug ang mga criminal

for the current mayor..Let's give Mike Rama the ball for now and we'll see if he can dribble it well..

I think this thread does not have the correct titles for the responses given. Only 3 mayors are being compared here and that's Tommy, Alvin and Mike. Lets not forget that there were so many other mayors before these 3, like Mayor Solon, Mayor Borres and Mayor Cuenco, to name a few. And there were better and worst mayors than the 3 most recent ones acoording to many older Cebuanos. But since most of us Istoryans come from the younger generation, its only Tommy, Alvin and Mike we remember and can relate to.

If we are just comparing the past 3 mayors, which is really what the title of this thread should be about, here's my honest opinion and rating of them. My rating has no best or worst in deference to mayors past. I will just say good, better and bad. Here we go.

Bad: Tommy in his last 3 terms. Trapo na kau cya and abusado na.
Good: Alvin Garcia Indecisive lang cya usahay and tries to please everyone which cant be done.
Better: Tommy in his first 2 terms He was young, dynamic, decisive and a none trapo

Too early to tell: Mike Rama We have to give him time (at least 1 term) to show us what he can do.

So of the 3, Tommy is both my best and my worst. Just my 2 cents worth.....

I'm from Mandaue City, but i'll go for Tomas.
He is not only the best mayor in cebu city,
but I believed that he is the best mayor in Phils.
Mayor nga naa'y palabra de honor. Before
nahuman iya term as mayor, iya gipasaligan

Si Tomas maayo ni siya daghan man siya nabuhat pero sa ako lng sa kadugay niya pagkamayor sa cebu city and karon kongresista sa south districe wala man dyud na taga-ig tarong nga drainage ang tagonol..Unsa maning lugara pagkaway ayo sa dalan..SIge lag og tapak,espalto pero mag-uwan og kad**** magbaha..Kun iya panang gitarong drainage diha dugay na.Katong gigasto nila every year sa pagaspalto nga walay gamit kay maguba inig ulan wala na unta nay problema diha..Unaha intawn ang drainage diha dodong..Nalipay intawn ko mag niaging mga bulan kay naghimo sila og drainage giatay mga 20 meters raman cguro wala padyud tiwasa.Astilan.. aklp dyud gisayangan sa gigasto aning dapita.I really hope masulbad na dyud ni..Elementary pa man intawn ko ani nya nagtrabaho na ng mao gihapon itsura ning dapita kun mag ulan.
