never had a problem with the wifi, i think its actually more convenient than the wifi adaptor for the fat (it takes up an extra usb, leaving you with only 2)
also the reach/hdd problem, it was documented when the game first came out.. i dont think they ever fixed it (therefore you'll need a hdd when you play reach

the only "offical" one is the gears of war 3 bundle...i think it retails for about 22-23k at datablitz, not sure about the itech branches though..
