this thread just keeps getting more and more dramatic and complicated by the day...why not make it simpler folks...you have been scheduled for the hr orientation and you were given time to read the job offer before signing it...so why did you (and i mean, the gripers) sign in the first place? just putting my 2 cents in

is it the job of the signer to set expectations to themselves?

saka... to be quite frank. the JOB OFFER is DIFFERENT from the contract
the COMPLETE details of the contract was not even disclosed at the ORIENTATION
i dont want to mention details kay ma obvious nya ang team namo
but we recieved the full details of the contract only within the 1st week of our US101 training
did2 ra namo nahibawan nga naay 15,000 4months training bond, which, once again, is MISLEADING.
Since the 4months would start only AFTER training.
so, you spend the first 2months in training and the bond will run for the next 4months AFTER TRAINING
so, Basically, 6MONTHS BOND. not really 4months

its like giving false hopes. maro2x ni ug style ilaha da. tsk tsk. theyre just scared kay if they placed the complete details sa contract for sure walay muduwat or mupirma. they know they suck big time and they know they cant compete with other contact centers, not to the highest level.
