I was just wondering if comcast is still hiring...
I'm a nurse and my call center experience is almost close to zero.
However, despite me being a nurse, I am well versed on web applications, web-based programs, website building, link cloaking, wordpress, optimize press, html, article writing, autoresponders, etc...
I would like to apply as chat support at CVG, and I was hoping you guys could give me some tips on how to be profiled as a chat support agent during the interview.
