Good Morning Istoryans

Help, I just spotted a dead pixel sa screen sa ako D5100, nag sakit ko kay 3 weeks pa nako, gi ampingan man og tarung wa man na igo og sharp objects and never na tagak, take cared of it like a baby

Mu appear and dead pixel if black or dark ang image gi view sa LCD pero kung light colors ma wala cya, na bantayan nako pag take nako og pictures sa moon, at first I thought it was flare, second dust sa sensor pero na confirm nako nga dead pixel siya sa screen,

Can you help me where to fix this mga bro/sis?

LCD replacement wouldn't cost too much...

Does it affect the image output? Is it a single dead pixel or is it forming like a vertical line on the LCD?

ipa check nlng jud na sa service center.. para sure... og mahibaw.an pud nimo onsa jud guba...

Does not affect image out put, just one single tiny little dot, nga dead pixel, mao ra, nothing else is wrong with the camera, great output.

Open na ang service center sa Nikon Bro sa banilad?

normal rana sa LCD ang mag dead pixel. if it does not affect the Image Output, don't put too much stress on it. besides, if ul have it checked, two scenarios will most likely occur.
1. they will say that it is nothing to be worried about and still you pay a diagnostic charge or something
2. they will say that the LCD needs to be changed and im not sure if that is covered in the warranty and you end up paying for the entire LCD panel, which i assume would be expensive.

as for Nikon Service Center, try searching for feedbacks about CDSC in Manila, most of it are negative...

Asa diay nmo gipalit imo cam? Yeah try daw ipantaw sa service center and if they are willing to service it for warranty sige padayon.

Pero I agree with azinec not stressing about it kay you will not get great pictures kung imo na huna2x-on... hahahaha IMO lang.
