add lang ko about the lawyer issue kay my friend is a lawyer/councilor...even without papers yes naa siya habol nimo Myukoi....ingna imo kaila na lawyer na pag sure na kailangan naa papers para maka file ug case...

For the TS if you really up for this and willing to pay for court stuff this is what my friend told me that you can do...you have two options

Civil Case
I didnt ask more about this option because money is not an issue man kaha...what it can do is probably make you guyz settle if dapat ba gyud i refund or what...more or less ipabalik ang money ang result ani
Output: Get the money back
Criminal Case
pwede filan Estafa through fraud even without papers....mga text will do
Output: put him in jail

ofchurs lawyers and courts are not for free so dapat willing gyud ka and also di pud 100% sure youll win it...if you know your right then go for it...

The wrong birthdate excuse is so lame...sorry im all for being neutral but if it smells fishy its probably a fish....di na excuse tawn na gi palit nimo sa lain so mao na lang na imo i tell na dob niya....for sure bro nangutana ka sa imo gi palitan kung pila na ka months or years ang dog...add that to 8months and you have the dob...i might believe that you dont know the dog is sick but im pretty sure you lied about the date of birth....that in itself deserves a refund... unfortunately for you the buyer is now more concerned it teaching you a lesson...
