naa lang ko question, strict ni sila sa employment history? dghan naman gd ko co. na trabahoan but naay uban dili nako i.declare kay bati.an ko kay 2 months ra ko den nihawa ra sad ko dayon. naa sad ko isa ka co. nga wla ko kapasar sa training sa lain bpo mao ni akong dilemma. but i really want to apply here if it's possible.

i'd say they would prefer most likely those people nga limpyo ang employment record coz they take high regard with their name...

hehe mao btaw ako pud siya giinsulto og tubag. though i really mean, he's an IT staff and not HR para makadecide kinsay maqualify. and wala gani siyay idea sa ako experience and credentials.

@blu lagoon uhm HRs might think if dili ka kauyon sa JPMC kay mohawa ra japon ka dayon like what you did with the other CCs you worked before.

they will ask why you fail during the training and what you did.
suggest lang nako nimo to show commitment with jpmc and dili na nimo usbon imong gibuhat with past CCs. immature and not professional man gud to imong gibuhat sauna and of course.

Of course if given the chance to stay and be regularized sa JPMC why would I leave, kanindot ani nga co. The reason I left for 2 months kay wla ko ka.meet sa expectations during my probationary and mejo na.overwhelm ko sa bureaucratic ways sa katong prev. company. It may seem immature to everyone but it's not as if I really planned to fail and bulldoze my career, dbey? Would they find out if I don't declare it sa CV nako and if yes, how? Thanks....If no, of course, dili nalang jd ko mangapply...

uhm Im not sure but I think tingali maoverwhelm pud ka sa JPMC. They have very strict rules and regulations.
What I mean na tingali mobiya pud ka, since naa man kay histories na nibiya og company naa pud chance na imo buhaton ni usab. If imo ideclare kelangan matarong nimo og explain why nihawa or wala ka mopadayon.

Regarding sa dili ideclare sa CV, if ang imong former employers quarterly magsubmit sa imong contributions sa SSS, dakog chance na makita jud na sa company na imong applyan.
Mao ni akong advice sa CC hoppers, (lol advice jud) log in ka sa online SSS account nimo then tan awa didto unsa na company nakadeclare. and gibayaran ba jud sa company imong contributions. since quarterly man ang pagbayad mao usahay dili madetect or mahibaw an sa employer ang mga companies na wala nimo gideclare.
