Basic is 14k +2k(premium) but THIS IS NOT entirely THE MONTHLY QUOTE
the rate mentioned is for 172 WORKING HOURS in a month
which BARELY happens in a YEAR!!!
8hrs = 1day
10days(Average per cut off) = 80 working hours
20days(average in a month) = 160 working hours
172 hours? PIKAT! I dont know how they calculated that but
even at 21 working days in a month, it would only be 168 hrs tops!!
Whoever calculated this rate is a Math DIMBULB!!
so TP is screwing you with the expected 14k Basic COZ IT WILL ONLY HAPPEN like TWICE A YEAR!!
The HR Recruitment themselves are partially LYING
just setting your expectation...

working hours 11 hours per cut off
8 hours/day x 11 days per cut off = 88 hours
88 hours x 2 cut offs = 176 hours
This is real math! Next time do the math.
In Teleperformance we were taught about accuracy, professionalism and integrity!
That's the right computation girl. This is my third call center and in most cases there were 11 days in a cut-off! This means that there are 22 days in a month. 22 days multiplied by 8 hours (if you're NOT tardy) = 176 hours which is 4 hours more! No wonder why they probably didnt pass the training or their post nesting... and just trying to give negative feedback to other people. Mostly pa nman those who keep on complaining are people who always failed because they wont grow where they're planted!
Simple lang.....because we're a FAIR company sharing the opportunities not just with our employees but to those people that deserves promotion! What if ang standard sa TP is internal lang ang pwedeng ma-promote, what's the sense of the Labor Code of the Philippines? Internal na gane ang naay direct access sa management and HR/Recruitment then internal lang ghapon tanan ang pirmeng i-promote? that's not fair naman para sa ubang job seekers. Asa ra man ni nga line "...career growth.." kung limitahan lng sa TP ang mga applicants? Hope you got the point!![]()
bsan pa ug 168 hrs or 172 hrs or 200 hrs pa na. ang sweldo diri mura rag taga qualfon gihapon. kuripot pa sa tanan kuripot ning companyaha. bsag pliti lng or pang snacks di kahatag? lol. iklaro lng nako sa wala nakabaw. ang basic diri is 14k plus 2k premium/call center experience. thats it. no more, no less. no allowances whatsoever. so think twice if u really wanna apply or work here.

We apologize about your experience with TP! But just want to set expectations to everyone that TP is a performance-based company. If you're doing your job well, if you have that good attitude towards work and the company and if you're giving them the numbers that they need then you will get those incentives and bonuses that are not even mandated by law. But if your score sucks, then dont expect that TP will give allowances or incentives. Business is business. Even if sa imong negosyo nman cguro, kung imong trabahante way maayong nahimo hatagan ba nimo ug incentive? I dont think so. But if your employees are doing good and are contributing to your business, TP can afford to give you cars and thousands. Do your job muna before ta mo-complain. Kung kinsa pa man ning cge rag complain mao ang mga wlay nahims nga trabahante. cge rag balhin-balhin cause they wont grow tungod sa attitude. Here in TP we value people with the positive attitude than skilled people with negative attitude! ATTITUDE affects the job, the company and the client. Before you ask for a promotion, make sure that you have that attitude that they're looking for!
