Clearly the question is inappropriate and the interviewer is NOT looking at manning the company with competent people but ladies he would lust for the whole day. When the time comes when he is not able to control his lust and goes physical, it will be too late and we will likely have another thread here discussing about sexual harassment.
You can gauge the integrity of the company by the people behind it, and looking at the interviewer, it is clear that there is something NOT right with the company so I suggest your gf find another and not waste her time with this one.
As long as imong GF wont work directly to him then its fine.
