Hahaha., if you are a psychologist or an HR practitioner like me then you'll understand why..i-shred man gani na ang exams and exam results after or kung iuse as scratch dapat nga tanggalan og name., kay very confidential na siya...and i mean CONFIDENTIAL.and it is a responsibility nga dili dapat ipabalo sa lain except sa test taker og sa concerned nga mga tao.

how would you feel kung ang imong Psychological test kay ipablisar sa tanang tao? how would you react nga sa imong giaplayan kay sila tanan kabalo nga ang imong resulta sa exam kay mao ni mao na.

any anyways even basing with your own explanation, it is WRONG to give the IQ of the other person, pero if cya na mismo moshare sa iyang IQ then dli na bawal.
Tabla ra na sa sweldo, in corporate world, dli na dapat ishare sa Laing taw ang sweldo sa uban especially if HR practitioner kay, pero if ang taw mismo moshare sa iyang sweldo sa laing taw, dli na bawal coz its his right..

I would like to say that IQ is your full potential while EQ is your probability to reach your full potential.

Kung sa games pa.

IQ would determine your maximum damage.
EQ would determine your minimum damage.

If dako imo IQ pero low imo EQ.
Then most likely maglisud gihapon ka kay imong damage inconsistent.
If dako or similar lang ang duha, stable kaayo ka og output.

actually, anything about an employee, not just their IQ test/psycho even DOB, contact numbers, address etc should be treated confidential. The entire information or any bits of info you know should not be disclosed to any person except authorized individuals.

psycho test is different from IQ test. Psycho test is done to assess the insanity, behavior/personality including cognitive and emotional function of a person etc while IQ test is to test the range or level of intelligence of a person. HRs can't disclosed the information but the employee can since it's his info and no one will sue against himself.lol Embarrassing or not, the person has the right to spread anything about himself to anyone.

For me there's nothing wrong about sharing IQs.
