Cebu doesnt have the market to support those large theme parks, the likes of Disney or Universal. For us it might seems possible, but for disney and investors alike, such project is not viable in Cebu or Philippines for that matter. We already have 2 disney parks in Asia, that is Japan and HK. And even now Disney HK is having issues generating more revenues to cover-up the cost building the Park. The cost is said to be between $1.6 to $2 Billion

A six flags type them park is i think viable.......MAYBE.
