I believe if you have an agp motherboard, you better save your money for future upgrade. Your asking high settings, I don't think these cards are smooth enough to run at hight resolution and high settings. The best mid range cards are geforce 7600gt and radeon 1800gto. These card won't even perform well if not pair with higher end cpu's. AGP are coming not suitable for newer games at high resolution and high settings. Just thoughts and opinion. It's still up to you if you really need a graphic card right now. Then you choose what best fits to your requirement.
