I wonder why some guys ibig deal nila na muhilak. Like boy's aren't allowed to cry. Nano diay? Does it take away your masculinity? I don't get it. Unsa mo, robot na di pwede muhilak?

I salute to those guys who's not afraid to cry, they're brave enough to show their vulnerability.

Anyways, I wanna know your opinion GUYS. Nanu di man acceptable (to some) na muhilak mo??

On our culture, it is wrong for a guy to cry especially in front of everyone, because it is a sign of weakness.

Psychologically speaking, it is wrong for a man not to cry, for feelings unexpressed will be stored within. Imagine a DAM, the water stored inside are your unexpressed emotions, once full, it is forcibly released and can damage not just the barrier but also the people around him.

That is why statistics shows that mostly of the suicide are committed by men..
