In the US, its illegal especially with that showing a child's private part. I don't know in the Philippines, probably you're true about it. But for art's sake, and depends on the interpretation.. its not.. But could still be illegal and unacceptable taking pic of an innocent child naked without consent..

yeah il have to agree...that photo could easily be saved by some schmuck out there and sell it to some child porn site for some profit...i think it should be take down man...child pornography is jsut plain sick man!
