As for me lang ha, if you're not happy with the company. Why stay? There are so many BPO's out there that you can try and apply if you believe in your skills.

Sorry if I offend you. I'm just analyzing the situation. Ang uban man gani na regular work na dili callcenter, mgdawat ra ug 6k a month pero payts jud intawon. But anyway, what's important is that your happy with the company. since you're not, resign!

My friend said, you wanna talk sa iya mga kauban sa dept.. visit daw 14th floor, port dept. U can ask if unsa ila process ky wa man daw pugsanay na OT sa ila dept. Sila naman lang daw mu render anyway makuha man daw nila ang metrics. mau pa daw mg ot kesa magpundo sa Bhauz and mag tanga lang.

Honestly, ako? If im not happy with the company. Im not gonna stay for a year. Kakapoi trabaho ug wa ka nalipay sa imong gibuhat oi.
