My itouch cant charge

Guys kung kinsa pde makatabang dha. dugay nako wa ka gamit sa ako itouch mga months na nya ako gisuwayan ug charge run pero di na cya mu charge. ang mugwas ra ig plug nako sa ako laptop kay ang apple ra na logo nya ma pawong ra daun mga 10 seconds after. naa muy mai suggest na buhatun nako?

Since you had it inactive for quite sometime you need to charge that via the wall charger or if not try charging it via another docking station like the speaker type docks that you see in iStore. If you don't have one try bringing it there and ask it to be charged for a few minutes enough to stir it from sleep. It should be free then you may continue with your regular charging routine.

thank you for the reply. i tried charging it via wall charger for hours but it still did not charge. I will try the docker though. is it possible for it to be broken because it was too inactive?

if it still persist, try having ur unit checked with a technician... naay mga nag advertise sa buy and sell section.. basun katabang sila nimo

Could be, could be not- it relies how properly it is stored and the last charge capacity left in it.
It would be battery related if it won't get a charge through the wall charging; it will manifest a clicking sound after an abrupt apple icon display and fades out.
If there's inactivity whatsoever try cleaning the unit's docking port. (but its a rare occurence for Apple docking port to be compromised).
Last resort would be a higher rated but safe to use power charge (explaining it would be too long)...a speaker dock like JBL or Harman Kardon. It would give it a jolt. Usually found in Apple Stores and free to test. Goodluck!
