Over heat imu cpu bro. Ablihi and check if abug naba kaayu, magtuyok pa ba ang fans, ok pa ba ang conduction paste

check your ventelation TS then try to use another PSU then check sad sa heat sa imo component

check for bloated capacitors

check powersupply, replace with good known brand

check daw if nataod daw og tarong ang heatsink. if possible remove and reseat, reapply thermal paste

if same issue maybe this is a PSU, test with known good PSU

if same issue check for bloated capacitors in mobo. also use 1 memory stick at a time

correction: CPU it stands for Central Processing Unit probably u mean System Unit if dugay sya mo "ON" usually best advice clean ur whole System unit and check the wiring!
