Carlito's Way will be re-opening at the persimmon beside dong juan in october 2011. construction is now going on.

Up for this....carlito's already opened last saturday (October 8, 2011) at The Persimmon Plus in Mabolo. I think its the best and the most affordable steak in town.
This is a totally new Carlito's Way: cozy modern-feel diner ambiance with wide selection of menu items. You can not go wrong with Carlito's since the owner is the chef himself!
