Default korean movies are the best...

pao, i said "prosumer" not "consumer" theres a big difference, its mid-range between professionals and ordinary consumers. the dvx is one of those.

    Cebuano films are the bestest.
are you just saying that or what?

george lucas's 24p is different. its bigger, better, and expensive. its hybrid HD and 24p i think.

i think they used an ordinary and cheap camera for the vacation scenes and rape scenes in lily chou2x. to give it a very handheld, documentary kind of effect. this film uses bold tones and color filters, i think its great but they kinda overused it. the primary camera was the panasonic, but i couldnt believe it looked that good. it mimics real film. i think theyve done a lot in the post process. kudos iwai!!!

i thought the girl that killed herself in the playground, was the girl they were pimpin', the prostitute. or was it another one. i remember the scene after that, it was in their classroom and there was one seat that was empty and it had like a ribbon to commemorate her. i could be wrong though. its confusing at times.

ok wait... those are the three words that must not be found in the same sentence. korean. movies. best.

seriously?! i mean... seeerrriously? to fully describe korean movie, i have to quote mr. mcfarland,
"one guy said blah. another guy said blah and then ten people died of boredom!"

i dont know if 2046 is korean... but if it is... then it might just redeem them.

obviously, you've seen some bad old korean movies b4 the wave. or some of those soap operas on TV. and you drew the general conclusion that korean movies are sloppy dialogued, boring movies. it's either that or you hate reading subtitles. you gotta see more material IMO.

2046 is korean i think. its director, wong kar wai, sounds korean.
