Imagine how many hungry mouths can be feed with 79M. GOD this people are unimanginable. If have that amount of money I'l buy this people and burn them in public. Ka walay kosensya. I used to have friend working in DPWH they were incharge for the widening & improving the Toledo - Naga Uling Road last decade. 60M was initiallly released no improvement on the said road. They were all terminated coz theirs no records where the funds went.

so, who signed, granted and approved the request? this amount is huge for a TV.

Im hoping the person who approves the budget,cash requests and advances of public departments have sound judgement and can fairly justify if the amount is already too much and enough for the requested item. dont tell me sign kung sign lang
