So you just show up with your goodlooks? convergys - you must have talk your way into hiring you as its a call center. They dont care about grades if you can talk straight english. So it means you impress them with your English.

it all boils down to the wits you have during the interview... TOR's for me are just for formality's sake, para ingnon lng gd ang nag.interview, hehehehe.... for me, you cant measure a person's ability to perform by mere looking at his/her TOR, coz after all we were not there to witness the circumstances behind, ngano na.ingn ana iyang grado... bsta bro, do good in your interview, look, sound and be confident... answer honestly and wisely and most importantly, say a little prayer before you rock and roll
