OT: IMHO bati man a2 educational system dri, naa gani plano pasudlon ang mga langyaw para mo compete sa tertiary levels kaso wla pa gi pa daun kay dli mo sugot ang mga oligarchs(the priests who own the schools and some incumbents in the gov't). Some tips that can help you out:
1. Most companies doesn't require you to submit TOR when you apply. They might need it only when you'll be interviewed. If you get are scheduled for an interview, provide your TOR when asked.
2. The interviewer is more concerned with your Resume and how you answer their questions. This is the best time to impress them. How will you impress them? Focus on your strengths. Sell yourself!
3. If they take a look on your TOR and asked questions about your failed grades, explain it to them. Make sure you focus on what you have done to overcome it.
4. Don't panic. Be confident.
The best example of this thread is STEVE JOBS ^_^
it all boils down to the wits you have during the interview... TOR's for me are just for formality's sake, para ingnon lng gd ang nag.interview, hehehehe.... for me, you cant measure a person's ability to perform by mere looking at his/her TOR, coz after all we were not there to witness the circumstances behind, ngano na.ingn ana iyang grado... bsta bro, do good in your interview, look, sound and be confident... answer honestly and wisely and most importantly, say a little prayer before you rock and roll![]()
ty all. ahahah up up up
dili man unta ta mahagbong kung dili lng mag binoang ang instructor!!!hehehe
