Fact check, dili pa siya guilty. Yaw sa mo ug husga sa tawo, may the reasons are the way she looks, she doesn't wear a bra or she had a bad past.

I don't want to be a kontrabida to this thread. I have already received an email about her arrest and though I am happy that she is captured. Still, this does not mean shes outright GUILTY. Under our system, guilt has to be proven and so far speculations abound are plenty. Most specially if we base it according to her profile (looks, demeanors, character, etc....). But if we back track a bit, she was arrested for jumping her warrant. She was not arrested because she has been pronounced guilty in court.

And the only thing she is guilty of as of her arrest is not wearing any bra and a pair of pekpek shorts. Now, I would like to scould the NBI officer for making that side comment regarding her bra. Come on, it's way out of line and very ungentlemanly. I believe there is no excuse for any officer and a gentleman to make snide comments like that, much more publish it. A suspect is also entitled to his/her dignity and human rights.

We all want justice to be served, but let us not be bastos in the process.

Anyway, I just want to add. With Bella's arrest, it only signifies development but linking the couple in the crime scene is another issue. When it comes to the evidences gathered by CIDG and NBI, daghan kaayo ug loopholes. And unfortunately, our officers has done various mistakes in handling this case. Which have given the side of Bella enough proof to question the so called evidences and witnesses.

At this point both parties (Ella Joy's side and Bella Rubbie Santos') are victims, victims of public scrutiny and judgemental eyes. In the end, we want results that points to the GUILTY. But we as expectators should as well take the responsibility of being sensitive to both parties. We are not in their shoes (victims or accused) and if we just picture ourselves being in their situation we will understand that it is NEVER easy.

So please, let us be human and not be a bunch of dogs.
