how did he got away with it?

Ideally, the threads started by people who have been banned should normally remain inactive, especially if the reason for banning the person was a direct result of something he/she posted in the said thread. In this case, I believe Soul Doctor was banned for some other reasons (or an accumulated number of reasons), and thus this thread is not a direct reason for the banning.

However...all of you have been committing OUT OF TOPIC posts in this thread ever since he got banned. So instead of giving all you people infractions, I'll just give this simple warning--do not post any more topics NOT related to the TITLE of this thread--if I personally catch anyone doing so, I shall give that person an infraction.

I got away with it because I already told you that I'm a moderator....and I'm handsome... I look like Brad Pitt. You know, we really don't want to make fun of you.
