peace mga bro. for me planking is a way to express ones freedom. if ganahan sila mag plank ila pud na, ilaha man nang lawas ilang gipaantos. basta wala lang nagbabag sa driveway. klaro baya kaayo nang sign "don't block the driveway" hehe. if maka block sila sa driveway then dili na pud maayo kay naa silay laing tawo nga nahasol. ako lang punto kay ok ra na basta dili lang makahasol og laing tawo.

No that I'm against planking, its just that I don't understand why a few people would like to lie in the middle of the road, benches, terraces etc. what do they get from lying face down like a plank, is it just for show? (they always say self-expression, is that all?)

Personally I think the bill is just plain retarded, it does not deserve to be implemented, I'm sure the "intelligent" congressman can think of a nice bill (other than this) to help his fellow countrymen.
