why do the poor always get the blame for almost every tragedy in our country? mangawat kai tungod pobre. mupatay kai tungod pobre. magpaabort kai tungod pobre. gwapa ko kai tungod pobre. lol! but kidding aside, why blame it to poverty? why don't you blame it to ignorance and lack of responsibility. dli ko pobre but i know several people who barely manage to eat once a day and tell you, ACHIEVEMENT na matawag anang makakaon ilang pamilya sa usa ka adlaw. but they managed to survive ug waa sila nakapaabort ug bata. i'm not gonna bring up a debate here on the RH bill kai kapoi jud magdebate but for me lan, what the people need is awareness. poor people got brains too. i believe they can be educated. do not underestimate them. specially when you've never been in to their shoes.

i thought that was pretty clear when i made that statement that this is due to ignorance and lack of responsibility. sure naai bright ang pobre, but what about the majority? asa usually nag boom ang population? diba sa mga depressed areas?

tell me, is our current means of controlling population as effective? dili sila maka comprehend ana mam. naai gamay nakasabot ang uban wala. the goal here is to CONTROL population, if gamay ra nag practice ug birth control nya linibo ang wala kasabot pointless endeavor.

you must also remember that being poor is a choice. kung naai magkugi naai mo succeed.

and believe me, i am way past the RH bill issue na. i have a much more subtle (but radical) way of dealing with population control in depressed areas. I would daresay that would borderline ethics and human rights. (don't worry walay mamatay) heheh
