..keep in mind that there are mods who won't give infractions, but just keeps a constant watch on offenders and ban them instantly.
..as for the "fans" of Soul Doctor, you deserve a little explaination; SD was a member since 2008 and yet he still acts like a newbie, constantly defying and questioning the mods decisions.
