libre ra diae pa check-up?. . asa pud broh? plano ta ko pa check-up balik. last nakong pa check-up 2006 paman to. hehehehe

libre ra if magpa buhat kag glasses, pero if dili lang nya pa check up ra ka pwede raman bayad lang ka mga 50-100 sa mga optical shops

ok ra ba contact lenses? my hubby says hasol daw. maintenance and pag taud. i was also advised sa opto to wear correctional glasses. maulaw lage ko mag eyeglasses oui... and i've seen sad sa ako mga kauban na mag eyeglasses, mura nilawom ilang nose bridge.

Yup its ok to wear contact lenses but have your eye check first if its in perfect condition...Kapoy in the sense kay you have and need to clean your contact lenses before and after using it...mulawom na ila nose bridge if high na ila eye grade and if its high = thicker lenses and if d materials being used kay mga ordinary ra pero naa man ka lain option ana you can choose the light weight lenses and frames but costly lang.

for example bah, 250 imong grade sa glasses, dli ka ka klaro ug layu(i think near-sighted ang term?), pila ang grade sa contact lens? is it -2.5?

^Yes you're nearsighted,usually modowgrade ug 0.25D so that wld make the grade into -2.25D but pls. always seek your eye practitioner's help before you resort in getting your CL prescription for beginners like you assuming you're one.
btw,with the grade of -2.50,you can't achieve a good vision at far? when was your last eye check up? if dugay na then have it check again perhaps you need an upgrade..hth.

Went to an optometrist, then she examined, 100 daw ako eye vision, do I need glasses? or ok ra ni na eye grade mo gamay ra ni puhon. Dili nako ka klaro ug layo kaayu.

unsa d ay recommendation sa optometrist bro?
