This is very classic "walay mangilad kung walay magpa ilad".

The government can't do anything for you if you have that kind of mentality, bisag ikaw mismo corrupt sad ka, ni lagay gud ka ug 500 in exchange sa imong violation.

My point is if we continue this kind of mentality do not expect that this country will change. Kabaw manka nga sayop pero sagdai nalang kay dika gusto ma hasol. Ka klaro anang sayop nimo wala ka ga seatbelt.

you just say so coz maybe u don't drive. we know rules, but when they're asking for more, it is too much. Sometimes u need to give for you to get rid of hassle. There are times even though u dont violate they still give you violations, they find & give you a mistakes, and the worst is you're the one solving their personal needs, their financial problems. These ENFORCERS can't deny the fact that their sidelines are ABUSING.

Hehe.. Kaning imong yango2x ug mentalidad mao ni gahatag ug problema sa atong lugar. People like should realize that you are part of the problem, and you should also realize that when we talk government you are not only referring to government officials but also people like us "ordinary citizen", I hope you get the point. what i did was a solution to a problem, nganung magbinogo man jud ka nga ge oferan man ka nga para dina ka mahasol og kuha2x sa license ngadto sa ilang office mao kinahanglan mobigay. Ang nkabati lang kay sobra ra kaayo ka dako ang gpangayo. deli man sa tnang hegayon nga driver maoy mo offer sa lagay kundi sila man sad mga enforcer. Maybe u don't drive that's why u don't get the point.
