Come to think of it, Depende sa unsa ang opportunity. If you work & you have an income which you feel you are already contented, they why do you need to add risks? I would always say both if you can but if dili makaya then stick to one you know best. I like to have a business of my own soon i have enough capital to start a small business but finding the right type & people is hard (especially if OFW ka). kung sa pinas pako nagwork with my current salary sos, dunganon jud nako ang business & work. I believe it is not hard to start a business but, it is very hard to sustain it. labi na if bag-o pa sugod imo negosyo & mao ra na ang inyo source of income tibook pamilya. DI ka kabawi, di pajud ka breakeven..

Nindot man gud nga motrabaho una aron naa ka'y inside information ug giunsa pagpadagan ang mga businesses. Aside from that, pwede ka magsugod ug save para sa imo unyang negosyo.

In my case, nagwork ko ug steel company. Pagdownsizing, nag-offer sila ug nindot nga separation package. Nivolunteer ko dayon bisa'g di ta ko buhian sa company. Ako gigamit ang separation pay pagstart og business. Ang akoang experience sa akoang work, invaluable kaayo para sa pagpadagan sa akoang negosyo.
