A message from Shell: P3.00/liter discount on all fuel today Nov. 22, 2006 from 1pm to 3pm only on the following Shell stations in Cebu: Banilad, Basak, Mandaue, Banawa, Talisay, N. Bacalso, Carreta, Toledo, Marigondon, Lapulapu. This is in celebration on Shell's Guiness World record on Fuel Economy!! No pails, containers or drums allowed.
