I beg to disagree, ravit... manny has already established his name before he fought eric. Pacquiao defeated Barrera via a TKO in the 11th round in their match, and the world started to recognize him after that... Eric has lost to barrera twice on the other hand

you said it,, with a TKO win on the 11th round.. the world started to recognize him..(well the world just STARTED to recognize him) i just took it from your words.. while taking the trilogy from morales, now the world really recognized him..

it's one thing barrera should think,, he needs to fight manny back.. kay pag first nila na fight manny was a nobody to the boxing world.. barrera took him lightly..he didn't know the pacific storm coming ryt at him.. now he know the adjustments on fighting manny.. he should fyt manny the way he fought peden( i dunno if it's the ryt spelling, by the way peden is from austrialia..

yes the barrera fight placed manny in a bigger stage.. but it was with the trilogy with erik that definitely cemented his wonderful legacy.. beating barrera only gave him the money.. bai think about this... manny lost to erik on the first part of the trilogy.. what if he had not had the opportunity for a 2nd and a 3rd fyt with morales(which we all know pac won).. do you think that fight with barrera would still flash his name on the marquee? i don't think so... he made his name bigger and larger with morales... not with barrera..maybe if he fyts barrera again for a WBC title match.. and manny would win.. now he can think of retiring after that.. and the PI could cherish a classic hero,, probably next to elorde( which most of us forgot)...

if he wants to help the country he can do that without running for office; like paying his taxes well, donating whatever he can to charity, uplift the down morale of the masses; sponsor scholars etc.

i prefer a barrera vs morales 4 than a barrera vs pacman 2. if pacman fights barrera again with his improvement and condition, it will look like a man fed to a lion, a huge mismatch and a clear slaughter. if morales fights barrera again, he will have a chance to tell the critics that he's not yet a shot fighter and prove to everybody that pacman's is just too much for the 130 division. i think morales has something left in him that may even upset barrera. everybody was entertained by the 3 wars of these two guys coz theyre evenly matched and im also sure that their fourth war will be a classic just like the 3 fights
