...bro as per TS shown his basic diagram (by typographic) no router was involved so, it has assumed that he will be needing a router to route packet from x.x.100.x subnet to x.x.101.x subnet and vice versa. What router? any router would do as long as it can do routing. See this link, https://www.istorya.net/forums/11143636-post17.html for details.

mga bro sory kaayo karon pako ka OL ug balik..buzy kaayo me diri gud..mura mig amang diri senyas2x lang..ahak dili jud kamao mo english...kahibaw mo english pero number ra..hehehehe..but anyway regards sa akong problema kay na solve ra without having configuraton on our switch or load balancer. gi usab ra ang advance settings sa firewall sa akong workstation. Go to windows Firewall->Advanvce settings then go to sa inboud rules then find File and printer sharing(SMB-In), then open it, then on the tab bar go to SCOPE then find Remote IP Address then by default naka selection daan ang "These IP Address" then change the selection to "Any IP address". thats it maka connect nako but the downside of this is that you can only connect by IP address so you should identify first the IP address of your remote computer....

FYI: were using Windows 7 Home Premium.

By the way bro naa bay free software nga pwede nako magamit for network administration purposes..like pwede nimo mahibaw-an unsa gipang open sa mga teacher group or wat website then how much time they spend on that website. kanang pang monitoring nga software mga bro..ty daan...
