1 mllion usd is really a very small figure... Pero japan will appreciate the gesture especially knowing that we are a poor country.

100 pesos coming from a poor person means more than 1,000 pesos from a very rich one. For sure ma touched ang mga japanese and they are very honorable nga people so im sure this neighborly gesture will help fil-japan relations and foster economic cooperation between the two countries.

i think it was an investment. there's nothing wrong with than man. although daghan ang dili mouyon tungod kay nglisod na gani ta. manghatag pa jud. but for me, it's an investment. definitely, japan will never forget what we did despite our poverty, we were still able to share for them during these times of pain.
