What or Where school or center here in cebu, that would teach you to master English (Grammar, Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing)?

Please any idea? I need your advice..

Uh, they usually teach the basic skills in ANY school, starting Grade 1, but anyway... If you're after mastery, you gotta make sure you get the basics right first. Notice also that to master written English is one thing. Mastering oral English is an entirely different level, however. Grammar, reading and writing are easy skills to learn if you like to read. Speaking and listening is another story.

But I highly suggest you start working on grammar first, I'm pretty sure everything else will follow once you get the hang of it.

Try talking to yourself in your head in English. Nobody will hear you, its fun, and you'll be saving yourself from a lot of awkward glares.
