Kaila nako ni HTC 2yrs back pa kay naa ko amigo updated kaayo ug mga mobile phones sa iya ko naka experience ug tinker sa unit and that time si iphone pa ang iyang ka kumpetensya kay dli pa kaayo sikat si Samsung (dri sa P.I) Gikan ato sige nako basa basa mga reviews sa HTC and learnt na this mobile is being hugely supplied/used in Europe and NOrth America and even up to this date huh! To make the story short na ibog kunohay me sa akong bana sa mga HTC models so gahapon ni buy siya didto sa U.S ug HTC HD7(jail-break ba tawag anang mga open-line?) kay didto sa U.S ang HTC kay exclusive man siya sa T-mobile. Napalit niya sa price na U$ 390 with international warranty of 1yr. Unya ako ge check sa Manila ang price naa sa range sa P22-23k. Medyo 6k ang price diff. Dili pa ko ka hatag ug personal reviews kay end of OCt pa mo abot sa akoa ang unit. Pero kung basehan nimo ang reviews ni Engadget ug GSM Arena, makapasar ra siya sa akong mobile requirements with an average rate of 7.5/10.

Mura lingaw lang tingale ang screen size kay 4.3" duol nalang sa Galaxy Tab. unya kagamay ra ba sa ako palm.

i could be wrong as i travel outside the country quite often,
but i'm quite sure there is/was an HTC Flyer TV ad i saw here,
naa may dagkong billboards ang HTC ChaCha (still standing) and
Mozart 7 was as i recall conspicuously advertise on the front pages of major broadsheets following it's launch.
Ang mga TV ads sa HTC wala kaayo funfare, medyo murag slideshow
perhaps in line with it's motto na "Quietly Brilliant"

Yeah i think that was in SM i remember now, Never seen one in TV, yeah i guess they have some few advertisements. I guess its about the price and the brand name.

Nokia and Motorola ,etc are pioneers in the mobile industry so established nang ila brand ( motorola is falling behind though)

Sony, Samsung, LG kay dali ra nitaas ilang name tungod established na ilang mga name on other electronic brands.

MyPhone,Torque, Cherry mobile have quick penetration coz its cheap.

Guess maglisud lang gyud siguro ang htc kay bag.o paman sila nya wa sad sila entry level na units.

HTC doesnt market their phones into low ends.. since they have a quality and a name to be proud of..

HTC is most widely respected abroad...

HTC is very famous around the world. It's not our fault why its not famous in PH. HTC could have have done some marketing and advertising just as Samsung, Nokia, etc... It seems like HTC is more interested in selling their phones in EU and America. For the record, I love HTC and I have a Desire HD.

pro all in all, the best jud ang quality sa ila phone? if you are to choose, htc or blackberry? never jud bitaw ko na ingganyo anang blackberry...

HTC is just as common as iphone, nokia or samsung abroad... way paki mga taw sa abroad what kind of phone you are using...

unless you have those Mobiado kind of phones, basin lingion ka.

Sugod naman ug ka popular an HTC, pero uwahi ghapon in terms sa Popularity sa Apple ug samsung bisag sa Asian countires pa.
