I have been to many places and the cebuano motorcyclists do not have monopoly of being reckless on the road. Maski asa, ingon ana gyud na sila. I think that is the mystique of riding a motorcycle...the sense of adventure... of seemingly riding a much faster and powerful mechanical horse...the motorcyclist seems to be transformed into someone more daring, more adventurous, more risk taker..bolder..and in the end... less careful.

They both are I think. A motorcyclist, if not careful, is vulnerable to being hit by a car... and a car driver, if not careful, can hit a motorcyclist.
