    well, plagiarism is something of wrongfully copying something and making a name for yourself or credit for something (that is not yours)

    that is what copyright laws are all about in the first place. It protects the original singer/band from wrongful infringements of copycats...

    old news... pero yup, Clem Castro never admitted he "based" the song "Pinoy Ako" from The Care's song "Chandeliers"... Eventhough he was asked by media face to face regarding plagiarism, he blatantly denied the obvious...
