The straight answer to your question, No, you don't have. Pero in cases that I don't get the job, and it's not obvious to me why, I always ask the reason.![]()
I think you have the right to ask why but they have also the right not to answer you. I am not an expert on this, its just my opinion.
^^ah ok. Right to ask why.. but HRs have the right NOT to give an answer. Unsa gud na klaseha oi...isn't that a mockery of my right to ask? We should not call it a right in the first place...
if you really are that bold enough? then go for it.
you have all the right in the world to ask. pero sa ako nanumduman ang pinaka unethical na question na imo pangutan-on sa tawo is WHY. as to the reason wala ko kabalo. pero immoral daw ug unethical pangutan-on ang WHY sa tawo kai murag invasive kaayo na question.
siguro as to why di mutubag ang HR kai mahadlok sila sa reaction sa tawo labi na negative ang feedback or resulta sa interview
yes you have every right to ask simply because it is Your grade and not theirs.
My case was a supervisory position and we came to the point of even discussing managerial layout in the organization. It was not an entry level grade, I just felt it would have been professional and fair to be open with whatever reason why I failed.
Most HR don't tell you your grades... Ambot nganu na. ang uban gani di na gyud ka tawagan to even inform you na wala ka nakuha...
You have the right to ask. Unfortunately, they won't really tell you the truth.
