Good day to all trainees

July 4,2011 was the start of training for the first batch. Biz Teldirect have been expecting a good outcome from the trainees. We regret to inform that from the 359 trainees we only have 38% who passed from such training. The client was asking 50% of the total number of seats to be filled. We are silent to a certain point for we are trying to negotiate to the client to reconsider the remaining 12% as to meet the demands of manpower requested by the client. With this also payments from the client was not made to our company for we did not meet the standards of client yet.

Negotiations with clients is a challenge on our part since we only have the office here in the Philippines and we don’t have an office outside Philippines.

The management sought help from different possible clients by the commencement of their process so that we would be able to recall back our trainees, but another problem came in regarding the system integration. Inbound calls are routed to our center and when these clients had a test run, there were some problems.

The company is facing a lot of problems but we are fixing it. Continuous marketing for new processes are on the loop. Regarding with the allowance for the two weeks training, we will be releasing it the soonest. Though we have faced problems like these, rest assured we will not run away from our obligations.

We would like to extend our deepest apologies to our Trainees and we promise WE WILL FIX THE PROBLEM.
