2. If mag water cooling ka diba mas nindut if wala nay fan sa sulod e air tight nalang ba para di maabugan ang sud.

uhm to answer your question why naa sa sulod kasagaran is because if ma buslot ang radiator delicado kaayo and in any mechanical engineering topic why a radiator always has a fan is because it needs direct air to flow to cool the water that is in the radiator plus if you put it outside then it would be really hard to carry and such...

1. reservoir o radiator? if radiator, user preference ra na bro, pero most of the time, mas short/tight ang loop basta naa sa sulod ang radiator, some would say better ang heat dissipation kay warm water can get to the reservoir faster. some people compensate by using faster/more powerful pumps.

2. user preference gihapon, daghan di ganahan nga ang fan naa sa gawas, mas saba sad if high rpm ang fan, dungog kaayo nga nag spin.
