The launching of the Road Revolution last June 12, Independence Day, was just the beginning. The concept of Road Revolution is to give back to the people the roads. Instead of having cars occupying 10 square meters of the road, why not have a biker or a walker who only occupies less than a square meter? Instead of reckless drivers who drive smoke-belching jeepneys, why not have an organized public transportation system that uses renewable energy? To know more about the petition, view it here: Petition of the Road Revolution | Road Revolution Philippines.
The petition that has been signed by you guys and the rest of the participants of the Road Revolution has been passed to the Sangguniang Panlungsod. Now we need to lobby to each single councilor and make them understand that the public is clamoring for this petition to be submitted.
WE NEED EVERYBODY'S HELP! If we could enlist a lot of people to gather as a group composed of different sectors, and then lobby to the assigned councilor, we could make a big impact!
Sign up to the councilor of your choice, and we will set up a meeting with the group you belong to, and agree on when you're going to approach the councilor.

goooooooooooood weather 2 cya pag june12
The road revolution was implemented again this morning and it caused traffic to all those WHO WORK ON SATURDAYS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA!!! Excuse me mister and miss people-who-don't-work-saturdays but the rest of us working class people have work on Saturday so respect us just as we respect your stand to be less reliant on fossil fuels. If you want to make a stand, hold a protest at the headquarters or regional offices of petroleum companies here in Cebu.
^^ or at least make it on a sunday or a holiday. You can make your stand without causing inconvenience to the 'silent' majority. A lot of people still are on a No Work No Pay situation here.
