mao jud..if mag welga sila nga nag plank..aw problema naman na sa police unsaon pag control..kung ang mind set sa mga mag welga mag plank while doing a rally..its their right to do since they have their choice of expressing their disappointment to the govt.

Making a bill like this is such a very stupid idea, even though they are protecting the people who make this act but still its not worth the time and effort of the congress.. Why not make a better solution for problems that we face para way rally ma hitabo.. Mao gane nag rally kay wa ganahi..and planking is a way of freedom of expression. That's it!

I'm not a planker and I'm not a fan of it either but I don't think a person who plank is already a stupid or idiot. Sure, they look like idiots but that doesn't make them as one. Tama naa daghan pending mga bills need to approved pero if mahimo ni nga balaod naa man pod guro positibo nga ihatag. We have an officemate who planked in the elevator and it totally pissed everyone coz limited nalang ang makasakay. ako jud giingnan "if you will not stand up, my feet will enjoy your butt"
