I can only speculate just like the rest of the forumers here yet the issue on the rally that caused to jam the streets because activist are planking only TRIGGERED it . They are already aware of what is planking , even kita diri if I remmeber it correctly got our first knowledge about planking early this year when a topic was started about it .

i guess gitagaan naka ug reason. ikaw bro, unsa imong reason why u dont consider this a waste of time and money? is the law for anti planking really useful?

When kids got hooked up with "Game n Watch" many legislators floated the idea to ban playing it in public.
There was even a time when some passed Ordinances "banning" reading of komiks on the streets coz of some vehicular accidents when reading komiks really became a craze. Fail!

So what's next? make anti-owling act of 2011 too?
