...I'm not really get the point. Correct if I'm wrong, murag medyo nilapas ko or lagyo ra kaaU atong tubag?

...What I have understand is that we can't really control the people to download certain things whether it is legal or illegal due to business matters. By business matters, ISP could get a great benefits from that because, the more bandwidth their clients needs the more income they could get and the lesser bandwidth they get the lesser income they could also get. I don't think this download law would be able to succeed due to the fact that ISPs have lots of concerns and reasons to oppose to the said law. For the illegal and legal activities, let be our NBI do the Job.

Possible kaayo ma control ang internet but not totally. But in business aspect, I doubt kung makig coordinate ang mga ISP.

Sakto ka bai, if only government help to uplift the lives of the Filipinos. If only owners protect their businesses in terms of piracy and think for alternatives to those who can't afford.

    yes and..tonggressman..
    explain this:

Fair use - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fair use, a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyright law to the author of a creative work, is a doctrine in United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders. Examples of fair use include commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching, library archiving and scholarship.

How will they know if I downloaded legally?

ok.. go to torrents...to rapidshare.. mediafire.. etc... then scan all files that was downloaded...hire 50 thousand IT employees to transcribe and filter the files..they must act like human scanner..transcriptionist..
after that.. request for removal on those download site...
you cannot just block download sites coz some uploaders share non-copyrighted materials...

Its good.. mudaghan workers just to stop this...magkadaghan trabaho ang pinoys...dili na manakop ang mga pulis sa kadalanan kay mag internet nlng pirme..ayos sa?

pagka bright jud! calling all hackers! hack those anti-internet freedom bul$%^#s!

Why waste time cutting the branches when they can cut the roots to kill off the tree? The problem is, they have to dig really, really, really, extremely deep to reach the roots to be able to cut it. Good luck nalang nila unsa-on nila pag shut down sa source.
