If you really are not satisfied with the benefits Teleperformance gave you and does not meet your expectation, then resign and apply where you think is BETTER. I'm wondering why you signed the contract in the first place.

im not from TP FYI. but @nailv ngano man lagi ang JPMC?

being NEW here and starting out is NOT the reason why they can provide a higher rate or give appropriate benefits than other centers. TP has boasted (correct me if im wrong) 33 yrs in the industry so opening a branch somewhere should be better or good. TP is competing big CCs to acquire talented, skillful and experienced agents. It would be an insult, demotivating and disappointing if I transfer from my company coz I thought I will have a brighter future with TP.

The reason why they signed the JO coz they thought TP will be better in the future.

JPMC is a GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK (with an in-house call center). They are NOT a BPO company and they have a DIFFERENT budget.

Wala ko nagpa sipsip uy, I just hate BACK-STABBING.
