was eating lunch with a friend of mine just today at KFC Parkmall. SO we ordered a chicken steak , macaroni salad, i chicken alfredo meal upsized to crushers. As i gave my order, the management trainee, i dont know whats his name, got my order, pero it seems so funny coz he repeated my order for at least 3 times.. wala rako ato, ako ra sila gi bantayan. As i was looking at the cash register, naka notice ko ni punch sya sa chicken alfredo 1st, then ni punch napod sya ug chicken alfredo sa last item. Meaning twice siya ni punch . ANg AMAO nag explain pa nako kay suppose to be 228.00 ra ang amung total bill. Nya ang ni reflect is 328.00. ni reklamo ko nga twice nya gi punch ang order. iya ko gi tagaan sa 100.00 pero they didnt bother giving me the right receipt. Duda ko ani naa cguro ni sila MODUS dah, kay ug what if wala ko naka bantay ato, ang 100 pesos nako mailaha na. Ila ra i void ang recibo to make the correct one since managers have the access. Lawgawa lagi wala gyud ko malipay, pa simple ra toh ila style, busa kamu pag bantay lang mo sa punching nila kay wala ta kabalo ila toh gi pun-an to think gamay ra amu g- order. there must be something wrong with them, kay ako kaila mao pod ang nahitabo. sobra ang ilang gi bill out sa recibo. and since he/she is still a management trainee I doubt manikas siya. mentality of mngt trainees or just trainees kay dapat perfect and excellent pirmi ila buhaton. he repeated your order 3 times meaning ni follow siya sa protocol and sop to repeat the order again. i think nasayop lang jud to siya and wala nanikas.

Naa siyay lapse kay wala gihatag ang new receipt. naa pud kay lapse kay wala ka modemand sa new receipt and grabe ka strikto ang KFC when it comes to integrity and reputation.
