You can't change yourself overnight, but you can. Hinay hinay lang TS, ayaw pressura ug maayo imong kaugalingon kay basi'g mafrustrated lang ka. Join ug mga ginagmay'ng grupo like campus ministry groups. That might sound religious pero daghan sila'g activities that draw you out and they accept you regardless of your religious creed.
