Ayaw pag base sa presyo, adto pag base sa reviews. First select the list of PSU's you really want. From the list, search the reviews of each PSU. Take note the voltage regulation, efficiency, ripple & the protection the PSU has given during the review. If you want a good PSU you have to pay the price..

if pinaka barato (or atleast barato ang range) go with FSP.. adto sa HEXA.. aesthetics and performance pd.. check out reviews online.

if 18K imung budget sa whole specs, no soon upgrades planned, 500W should be enough. You wont be able to buy high end components that will require you to go beyond 500W with that budget anyway unless someone sells it at a very cheap price. Dont be too cheap with your PSU as well. if it dies easily your entire 18K might go with it.
