don't hunt/scavenge for news about your ex! do not check his FB profile, twitter, etc. do not block him pud kay abi nlng bitter! hahaha in FB there's a setting that you can turn off notification for a certain person, so any status updates, new photos, etc, won't show up on your wall.

delete his contact number from your phone, so you don't get tempted to call/text. and if you're really sure that you want to move on, any texts from him, DELETE IT RIGHT AWAY. do not even bother reading. do not return things that he's given you, and do not accept things he's giving back. kay kng mgkita mo, sakitan lng ka or mapukaw lng ang sakit. and SMILE. as in smile daily! be with friends all the time, no need to dive into another relationship. just be out there. HAPPINESS is a decision.

Moving on really takes time and courage. Accept na it would never work. Its not his fault or your fault.. It was just it was destined to be like that. Maraming fish sa dagat. Tho it is easy to say it but hard to do. JUST DONT HIDE it lang. Live with it and face it. Later on u'll accept d fact na its over and just move on.. thnk of good things and stay positive.. paganda ka...
